No one is a number

Performance reviews and ratings have their place, but they are rarely meaningful and constructive. We feel improvement and feedback and development should be constant.

Invested in you

After 6 months, everyone is encouraged to attend two conferences each year. We will also pay for online and local training that expands your professional toolkit

Complete transparency

As a registered Benefit Corporation, there will be transparency on salary, bonuses, and company decisions. This organization will neverhave a pay gap.

Graceful exits

We have a "Graceful Exit" policy. We believe in being transparent about moving on. Up to 3 months in advance, we will give you time for phone calls and interviews.
